I met with the Cochrane family on a special trip down from Johannesburg to be with their beloved Gran for a very special birthday. With lock down restrictions being lifted just in time, everything worked out perfectly. Getting up and traveling in the dark to get to our destination made it feel like an adventure, especially having had our movements restricted for so long. We all met in the parking lot well before the sun came up and headed down to the beach were we found a spot to create some memories. It was all worth it though and I was so honoured to capture this momentous occasion at their favourite seaside spot for granny's 70th Birthday!
